Solutions Engineer (Optical Transport)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer (Optical Transport).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales support for Tier-1 / Tier-2 carrier customer activities in Italy
• Manage all technical pre-sales support of the entire solution portfolio on Optical Transports for selected key customers
• Support Key Account Management by preparing technical responses to customer requirements and delivering presentations

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the communication business
• In-depth knowledge of communication networks and applications, particularly Optical Transport
• Technical degree (or similar) in telecommunications, electronics, or physics
• Fluency in both oral and written Italian and English
• Daily working experience with Microsoft Office applications
