Job Summary

Fluent in Portuguese, the full-time Solutions Engineer will engage with mid-market customers to identify business challenges, demonstrate Atlassian products, and collaborate with sales teams to drive enterprise solutions remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to track customer profiles and optimize solutions for mid-market accounts
• Conduct customer discovery sessions to map business problems to Atlassian products and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Lead value-based product demonstrations and guide customers through technical needs in the sales process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with mid-market customers
• Fully fluent in Portuguese, capable of conducting customer calls and demos
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with both business and technical audiences
• Proven track record in building executive relationships and collaborating across teams
• Creative problem solver with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for continuous learning
