Job Summary

To support a growing pre-sales team, the full-time remote Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) will partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, manage product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix solutions in their environments.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand customer architecture, operational pain points, and success criteria
  • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align Coralogix with customer use cases
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
  • Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
  • Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and APM
  • Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes
  • Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
