Job Summary
Partnering with Account Executives, the full-time Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) will manage technical discovery, lead product evaluations, and assist customers in deploying and validating Coralogix in their environments, all while working remotely within the US Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives
- Lead customer discovery sessions to assess architecture, operational pain, and success criteria
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that align Coralogix with customer use cases
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
- Strong hands-on technical skills in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
- Solid understanding of observability concepts, including logs, metrics, and APM
- Experience leading technical evaluations and product demonstrations
- Practical experience with cloud-native environments and distributed systems
