Solutions Engineer - Prior Authorizations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer - Prior Auths (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Support post-sales customer implementations by providing technical guidance focused on healthcare prior authorization workflows
• Conduct client-facing meetings and product demonstrations with stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between delivery teams, product, and engineering to translate customer requirements into scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 3+ years in a client-facing solution design role, with experience on projects greater than $1,000,000 ACV
• 5+ years of experience in technology consulting or solutions delivery, specifically in the prior authorization space
• Strong technical acumen in X12 and FHIR
• Proven ability to deliver in time-sensitive engagements and adapt to changing priorities
