A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer, Telecom Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead custom product demonstrations for potential customers
Consult on transition process to adopt new contact center solutions
Create and maintain telecom enablement content for Sales org

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer in the Telecom industry
Experience with VoIP Telephony + Contact Center solutions
Familiarity with Network Infrastructure (Firewalls, Routers, Switches & Wireless)
Open to travel
