Job Summary

Solutions Engineer, UK, is a full-time position focused on providing technical support and customized solutions for merchants across EMEA and APAC, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration with the company's platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert on the company's platform and integrations, staying updated on the latest builds
• Provide technical support to Sales, Post Sales, and Partner teams across multiple time zones
• Create customized product demos and proofs-of-concept, presenting solutions to various audiences

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B pre-sales solutions engineering, technical sales, or consulting
• Hands-on experience with logistics, 3PL, and warehouse systems and protocols
• Strong integrations background across diverse commerce architectures
• Experience with front-end development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones
