Solutions Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Leading client-facing technical strategy, the full-time remote Head of Solutions Engineering will manage strategic partnerships, enhance developer experiences with Arbitrum technology, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements to develop customized solution concepts and foster long-term partnerships
• Identify and advocate for strategic partnerships with application teams to enhance the on-chain experience
• Collaborate with the Product team to integrate feedback into the product roadmap and shape go-to-market strategies

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical roles, ideally in solutions engineering or software engineering
• 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized networks
• Proven experience working with fintech companies or financial institutions
• Experience writing in Rust, Solidity, or Golang
