Solutions Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the SEMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Solution Engineers
• Partner with sales leadership on customer programs and marketing initiatives to drive product adoption
• Ensure customer requirements are met by collaborating with Product Management and Engineering

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in the high tech industry with leadership experience
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing team members
• Experience in open source selling or cloud-first sales methodologies
• Direct experience with monitoring, data, or visualization products
• Fluency in English; a second European language is preferred
