Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
• Provide strategic oversight on high-stakes deals and optimize technical sales processes
• Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" in leadership meetings and define key performance indicators for the team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in navigating complex sales cycles within Fortune 500 accounts
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related metrics
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, and Git workflows
• Exceptional ability to present to C-suite stakeholders and manage technical objections
