Solutions Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the West Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies and technology positioning
• Coach and mentor the Solutions Engineering team to enhance customer success and achieve goals
• Develop and maintain strategic business engagement plans with internal teams and partners

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in project management and consultative sales is a plus
