Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead a team in customer adoption of a modern infrastructure platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customer-facing architects
  • Partner with sales and product teams to enhance customer experience and ensure successful technical evaluations
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing customer-facing technical teams
  • Experience in technical customer-facing roles, including solutions engineering or consulting
  • Deep familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and Open Source technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Experience working with sales, marketing, and product teams in a dynamic environment
