Job Summary
Solutions Engineering Manager, responsible for leading a fully remote team of Solutions Engineers in managing the customer technical journey from pre-sales to onboarding and expansion, with a focus on operational excellence and alignment between sales and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a high-performing Solutions Engineering team operating model with clear expectations and performance standards
- Align closely with sales and technical teams to ensure effective customer onboarding and technical delivery
- Continuously improve processes and operational excellence for customer evaluations, onboarding, and support
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience as a Solutions or Sales Engineer
- Management experience with accountability for team performance and development
- Proven success in guiding enterprise customers through technical evaluations and onboarding
- Fluency with API-centric architectures and cloud data platforms like BigQuery or Azure
- Python experience for customer integrations and internal tooling support
