Job Summary

Leading the US merchant integration function, the full-time remote Solutions Engineering Manager will manage the technical lifecycle from pre-sales solution design through integration delivery and post-launch support while scaling a high-performing Solutions Engineering team.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery cadences for an agile scrum engineering team
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions while partnering with cross-functional teams and enterprise merchants
  • Design playbooks and frameworks to ensure repeatable and scalable merchant integration processes across the organization
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a people management role
  • Deep technical fluency in payments, APIs/SDKs, and e-commerce platform ecosystems
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise merchant relationships and leading executive-facing technical discussions
  • Experience in designing and operationalizing team-level delivery frameworks to drive consistency and reduce time-to-live
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to connect technical delivery to revenue outcomes in a high-growth environment
