Solutions Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team of Solutions Engineers, the full-time Solutions Engineering Manager will drive complex enterprise deals, develop high-performing talent, and optimize operational efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop a diverse team of Solutions Engineers supporting Enterprise accounts across the Americas
• Partner with sales leadership to strategize account engagements and ensure impactful technical presentations and solutions
• Own team operations, utilizing data to enhance productivity and improve core SE processes

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in presales/solutions engineering or a closely related technical, customer-facing role
• Proven track record in people management, specifically leading SE or technical consulting teams
• Experience dealing with complex, multi-stakeholder Enterprise deals
• Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud architectures, integrations, and security/compliance
• Demonstrated ability to introduce team-level improvements that enhance productivity or quality
