Solutions Engineering Manager

Job Summary

As a Manager of Solutions Engineering for the SEMEA region, the full-time remote position will manage a high-performing team of Solution Engineers, drive customer adoption of Grafana products, and collaborate with sales and marketing to achieve regional financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Presales Solution Engineers
• Partner with sales leadership to develop customer programs and drive product adoption
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to ensure customer requirements are met and influence product roadmaps

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in the high-tech industry, with some experience in team leadership
• Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Experience with open-source selling or cloud-first sales methodologies
• Direct experience in implementing formal sales methodologies and selling monitoring/data visualization products
• Fluency in English; a second European language is preferred
