Job Summary

Leading a small team of Sales Engineers and Technical Account Managers, the full-time remote Solutions Engineering Team Lead will manage complex technical customer engagements, design integrations, and drive adoption strategies for both pre- and post-sale processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead technical discovery, solution design, and demo presentations for high-value prospects and existing customers
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team while building scalable processes and resources
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to represent customer needs and contribute to the evolution of the Professional Services model
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical account management, or a related customer-facing technical role
  • At least 1 year of experience managing or leading a technical or customer-facing team
  • Proficiency in reading API documentation and troubleshooting integrations
  • Familiarity with integration tools like Zapier and experience in designing automated workflows
  • Strong project and program management skills for driving complex cross-functional initiatives
