Solutions Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions and Implementation Engineer to drive customer implementations and provide technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Own technical implementation for new and existing customers, from API integration to production go-live
• Run technical discovery on customer tech stacks and produce implementation playbooks
• Guide customers on API integration patterns and collaborate across teams to support delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer)
• Deep comfort with REST APIs and tools like Postman
• Ability to read and write Python scripts for prototyping and testing
• Experience advising customers on integration architecture and workflows
• Familiarity with SaaS B2B enterprise integrations and troubleshooting
