Solutions Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support the rollout and adoption of digital health products, the part-time Solutions Implementation Specialist will manage partner onboarding, optimize integration strategies, and ensure successful technical implementation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of digital health data products and partner use cases to support solution scoping efforts
• Lead partner onboarding activities, including project plans, milestone tracking, and timeline management
• Coordinate technical onboarding workflows and assist with testing and validation activities to ensure successful integrations

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation, project management, or related client-facing technical roles
• Experience optimizing onboarding workflows and integrating data-driven products into customer-facing experiences
• Basic technical understanding of B2B data products, integrations, and file exchange workflows
• Strong project management, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate issue resolution across cross-functional teams
