Solutions Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Delivering technical excellence and strategic guidance to customer accounts, the full-time remote Solutions Integration Engineer will oversee technical pre-sales relationships, propose business processes and architectures, and support clients in integrating TRM's AI-powered solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end TRM solutions, customizing the platform and conducting testing and training for clients
• Act as the technical consultant during discovery calls, documenting requirements and guiding solution design
• Develop and maintain high-quality resources for client integrations, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in customizing API-based SaaS products at scale, including implementation and testing
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for building prototypes or PoCs
• Strong initiative and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in technical solutions
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams on technical projects
• Bonus: Previous experience in AI development is highly preferred
