Solutions Integrations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Integrations Engineer to manage integrations within enterprise customer ecosystems from pre-sale alignment to go-live delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Align technical expectations with customer IT teams during pre-sale and manage integration delivery post-sale
• Design and implement integrations with core customer systems and ensure reliability and scalability
• Build and productize the integration surface by defining best practices and influencing API and platform decisions

Required Qualifications

• Senior-level experience as a Solutions Engineer, Integration Architect, or similar technical role
• Strong background in APIs, integrations, and integration platforms such as Workato or MuleSoft
• Experience managing integration delivery timelines and coordinating with customer IT and internal engineering teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguous, high-impact problems directly with customers
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams
