Solutions Lead
Job Summary
Designing and governing end-to-end business and technology solutions, the full-time Solutions Lead will focus on enhancing client and colleague experiences across various platforms, including Salesforce, while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable business and technology solutions across strategic platforms and lead workshops to evaluate design tradeoffs
- Define integration solutions and data management strategies across multiple systems, ensuring secure and maintainable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors throughout the solution delivery lifecycle to ensure alignment with business outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, business architecture, or enterprise technology delivery
- Deep experience with Salesforce, particularly Financial Services Cloud and integrations with various platforms
- Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and data modeling within enterprise information architecture
- Proven ability to lead workshops and align stakeholders through requirements analysis and design sessions
