Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Manager for Customer Experience - Client Implementations/Solutions in Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and adhere to detailed project plans for successful implementation of the Evisort platform
Prepare client solution requirements, design and architecture documentation, and configure CLM and Contract Analytics solutions
Partner with clients directly in the implementation of the Evisort platform and transformation of their contract management process

Required Qualifications:

5+ years experience in documenting business processes and software requirements
5+ years of hands-on CLM and/or Contract Analytics configuration experience
Working knowledge of Agile-Kanban implementation methodology
Experience delivering solutions to external customers preferred
JD or Paralegal Certificate, Legal Operations, Contract Administration/Management preferred
