Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Manager for Customer Experience - Client Implementations/Solutions in Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and adhere to detailed project plans for successful implementation of the Evisort platform
  • Prepare client solution requirements, design and architecture documentation, and configure CLM and Contract Analytics solutions
  • Partner with clients directly in the implementation of the Evisort platform and transformation of their contract management process

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in documenting business processes and software requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on CLM and/or Contract Analytics configuration experience
  • Working knowledge of Agile-Kanban implementation methodology
  • Experience delivering solutions to external customers preferred
  • JD or Paralegal Certificate, Legal Operations, Contract Administration/Management preferred
