Solutions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Manager to leverage AI technologies to solve customer challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer leaders to identify use cases and perform feasibility studies
• Define the economic impact of deploying the platform to address business challenges
• Provide input on product direction based on customer feedback and build RAG workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7 years of work experience, including 2+ years in management consulting
• Experience with AI/ML, NLP, knowledge management, and cloud computing technologies
• Programming experience in NLP, ML, AI, and data science (Python preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and understanding of the competitive landscape in NLP
