Solutions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Manager to oversee the implementation of their Course Planner solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for complex implementation projects with larger clients
• Understand data dependencies and help resolve data issues while coordinating data integration
• Engage with customers to identify needs and implement solutions, ensuring project velocity and driving adoption

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an implementation specialist or similar role in a B2B SaaS company
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work with data feeds and perform data manipulation at a large scale
• Experience with scripting (Python, etc.) and JSON data is a plus
• Proactive and entrepreneurial style, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
