Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Solutions Manager responsible for evaluating software applications and providing system support.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, audit, and ensure adherence to SOPs within various systems
• Develop recommendations for streamlining business practices and create pilot programs
• Engage with internal teams to capture business requirements and transform them into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience with ad agency network administration and design technology systems
• Experience in software engineering and design architecture within an ad agency setting
• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
• Experience developing and managing IT and cloud infrastructure platforms
