Solutions Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Manager in Federal Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior Solutions Managers in preparing demos, presentations, and technical documentation
• Participate in customer onboarding and platform setup activities
• Work closely with senior team members to capture customer feedback for product improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Health Data Science, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical, analytical, or customer-facing role
• Experience with scripting or analytical tools (Python, SQL, RStudio, or Jupyter)
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data standards (OMOP, FHIR, CDISC)
• Interest in federated data systems or biomedical data analytics
