Job Summary
Managing the implementation of Course Planner solutions, the full-time remote Solutions Manager will oversee projects for diverse school districts, ensuring customer needs are met and driving product adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for complex implementation projects with larger clients
- Understand data dependencies and coordinate data integration with clients and Customer Success Managers
- Continuously engage with customers to maintain project velocity and drive adoption of the product
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an implementation specialist or similar role in a B2B SaaS company
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with data feeds and perform data manipulation at a large scale
- Experience with scripting (e.g., Python) and JSON data is a plus
- Confident presenter to district stakeholders with clear communication skills
