Solutions Manager - EMR Workflow Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Manager (EMR Workflow Design) to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end prior authorization workflows within Epic
• Lead workflow discovery sessions and provide Epic-specific guidance during implementations
• Manage a team responsible for Epic workflow design and develop best practice documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Epic experience, including prior authorization workflows
• Direct experience with Epic workflow development and configuration
• Deep knowledge of Epic's technical architecture for workflow design
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle workflows
• Leadership and management experience, with a background in mentoring technical team members
