Solutions Manager, Financial Services

Job Summary

Bridging business development and technical execution, the full-time remote Solutions Manager, Financial Services will manage relationships with potential partners, articulate the value of the Signifyd platform, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with potential Financial Services partners using a consultative approach to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions
• Serve as the primary internal project manager for active client engagements, coordinating across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Business Development
• Represent Signifyd at industry events and partner meetings, clearly articulating the platform's value to diverse audiences

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B financial services, e-commerce, payments, risk, or fraud
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple internal stakeholders
• Experience working alongside Product and Engineering teams, with an understanding of product development cycles
• Familiarity with legal contracting processes in a B2B context
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives
