Job Summary
Leading a team focused on customer-driven solutions, the full-time remote Solutions Marketing Manager will manage strategic opportunity development, create compelling narratives for client engagements, and oversee the Solutions Marketing team to enhance collaboration with Sales.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales on complex opportunities to identify customer challenges and develop tailored solutions
- Lead the creation of executive-level narratives that articulate strategic recommendations for major pitches and RFPs
- Manage and develop the Solutions Marketing team, establishing standards for strategic resource deployment and performance measurement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in solutions marketing, integrated marketing, or a related field
- Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into clear strategic recommendations
- Experience leading RFPs, RFIs, or major client proposals
- Strong storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Demonstrated people management or team leadership experience
