Solutions Marketing Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on transforming customer challenges into insight-driven solutions, the full-time remote Solutions Marketing Manager will partner with Sales on complex opportunities, develop strategic narratives, and manage the Solutions Marketing team to enhance client engagement and revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to identify and address customer business and marketing challenges for high-value opportunities
• Develop executive-level narratives that integrate insights, strategies, and solutions for major pitches and RFPs
• Manage and coach the Solutions Marketing team, establishing standards for strategic resource deployment and team impact measurement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions marketing, integrated marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into strategic recommendations and compelling narratives
• Experience leading RFPs, RFIs, or major client proposals
• Strong research and analytical skills with a focus on storytelling and executive presentations
• Demonstrated people management or leadership experience
