Solutions Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Operations Manager to oversee the execution of scaled programs supporting global Solutions and Revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute high-impact internal programs for the global Solutions team, ensuring timely delivery and alignment
• Manage the global Consensus scaled demo program, focusing on consistency, adoption, and performance tracking
• Build and maintain a centralized knowledge hub for scalable assets, best practices, and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in program management, solutions operations, revenue operations, or a related field
• Experience in building structured processes and documenting scalable workflows
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Revenue, or Technical teams
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking metrics and translating insights into action
