Solutions Partner Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Partner Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Total Leave digital capabilities and serve as the primary contact for complex questions related to STD, Leave, PFL, and ADA
• Handle complex claims and leave inquiries from clients, ensuring timely execution of action plans and issue escalation
• Provide subject matter expertise to educate clients on Total Leave products and workflows, while fostering continuous improvement

Required Qualifications and Education

• Proficient in Solutions and product portfolio
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience recommended
• Strong technical claims/leave experience
• Knowledge of STD and FMLA, with the ability to quickly learn ADA and PFL
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and collaboration
