Job Summary

As the first Solutions Partner Program Lead, the full-time remote position will define and launch a solutions partner program, focusing on recruiting strategic partners, building operational frameworks, and driving partner success to extend market reach.

Key responsibilities
  • Define the ideal partner profile, tiering structure, and commercial model while building the program framework and operational backbone
  • Personally recruit and onboard the first cohort of strategic partners, managing enablement and co-marketing initiatives
  • Scale the program by hiring and leading a team, productizing the partner experience, and expanding into new markets
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in building or operating a solutions partner program at a developer-focused or infrastructure company
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate agreements and model partner economics
  • Hands-on approach to building operational frameworks and managing partner relationships
  • Operational rigor with a focus on data-driven decision-making and program management
  • Clear written communication skills suitable for a remote work environment
