Solutions Portfolio Lead

Job Summary

Leading the development and management of technology learning products, the full-time Solutions Portfolio Lead will work remotely to enhance offerings in AI, Cloud, and Security, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the expert point of view for solutions, designing products that address customer needs and desired business outcomes
• Maintain a 12-18 month roadmap for solutions, ensuring continuous delivery of value and adapting to market shifts
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to drive strategic opportunities, leveraging data and customer insights for continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in curriculum development or related fields, with a focus on packaged solutions in a SaaS or services context
• Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies and experience in designing blended learning programs
• Proven ability to work closely with enterprise sales and manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment
• Deep knowledge of AI technologies and their application in achieving business outcomes
• Experience synthesizing market insights into actionable strategies for solution development
