Job Summary
To drive the development and management of technology learning products, the full-time remote Principal Solutions Portfolio Lead will oversee the Cloud and Security solutions portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer business objectives and market trends while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and define the expert point of view for Cloud and Security solutions, shaping offerings based on market insights
- Design and manage the product roadmap, ensuring continuous delivery and renewal of learning solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with Sales and other stakeholders to support strategic deals and monitor solution performance through key metrics
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field
- Proven history in launching packaged solutions in a SaaS or services context
- Strong understanding of cloud computing and cybersecurity technologies
- Experience in shaping and closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment while leveraging data for decision-making
