Solutions Program Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and technically minded Solutions Program Manager, this full-time remote position will manage operational success for strategic retailer programs, serving as the central hub between customer-facing teams and internal technical teams to ensure timely delivery and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Customer team and technical decision-makers, facilitating clear communication and resolving cross-functional blockers
• Own the program timeline from kick-off to close, tracking milestones and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage internal communications across Engineering, Product, and Customer/Commercial teams, acting as the primary source of truth for pilot status

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or a similar role managing complex projects
• Proven ability to formulate project plans and drive cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying and resolving project blockers
