Solutions Quality Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the quality and performance of software solutions, the full-time Solutions Quality Engineer II will design, execute, and improve testing practices across various testing activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and documentation based on business and functional requirements
• Perform manual and automated testing, including regression and data validation testing, to ensure software quality and compliance
• Track and report quality assurance metrics, manage defects, and participate in Agile ceremonies to support release readiness

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or healthcare technology
• Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, cases, and scripts, along with defect documentation
• Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies and experience with defect management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
• Working knowledge of SQL or similar data validation methods
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
