Job Summary

To support a growing professional services practice, the full-time Solutions Specialist will analyze client workflows, design effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze client workflows and pain points to design and implement tailored solutions
  • Manage the entire implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, and training
  • Create practical documentation and guides to ensure ongoing client success post-engagement
Required qualifications
  • Experience in client-facing roles such as support, success, or implementation
  • Strong understanding of SaaS administration and cross-platform integrations
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and automation tools like Zapier or Make
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated curiosity and resourcefulness in exploring new technologies
