Job Summary

Managing multiple client conversations, the remote Solutions Specialist will provide customer support by understanding client needs, guiding them through Numerator's platforms, and delivering accurate insights while maintaining organization in a high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage concurrent client conversations, ensuring prompt and complete responses to inquiries
  • Guide clients through Numerator's platforms, interpreting results and designing reports to address business questions
  • Educate clients on data methodology and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a focus on marketing, data, or consumer insights
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent tools)
  • Strong active listening and questioning skills to diagnose client needs effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
