Job Summary

Driving transformative business opportunities, the full-time Solutions Strategist, Product & Growth Manager will define product strategies, shape innovative solutions, and bridge business and technology delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product, service, and experience strategy engagements, defining product visions and roadmaps
• Shape integrated solutions for complex client challenges and develop differentiated solution approaches
• Identify and qualify growth opportunities while partnering with account teams on strategic pursuits

Required qualifications

• 10-12+ years in product strategy, innovation consulting, or digital transformation
• Experience in defining and launching products, services, or transformation initiatives
• Proven ability to shape solutions for complex client challenges
• Strong business acumen and executive presence with facilitation skills
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams including strategy, design, and technology
