Job Summary

Solutions Support Engineering Manager is a full-time role responsible for managing a technical team to provide exceptional technical support, utilizing AI technologies to enhance support processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of Technical Support Engineers to ensure high-quality customer support
  • Oversee performance management and training for team members, including onboarding new hires
  • Drive initiatives to improve team productivity and collaborate on high-priority customer escalations
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with AI technologies and using AI to streamline workflows
  • 1+ years of experience managing external technical support teams
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or related roles
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud security systems
