Job Summary
Solutions Support Engineering Manager is a full-time role responsible for managing a technical team to provide exceptional technical support, utilizing AI technologies to enhance support processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Technical Support Engineers to ensure high-quality customer support
- Oversee performance management and training for team members, including onboarding new hires
- Drive initiatives to improve team productivity and collaborate on high-priority customer escalations
Required Qualifications
- Experience with AI technologies and using AI to streamline workflows
- 1+ years of experience managing external technical support teams
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or related roles
- 5+ years of experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud security systems
