Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Support professional to provide technical assistance and user support for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build a deep understanding of the application, API, and client tools
  • Provide customer and technical support via email, phone, and other electronic mediums
  • Assist with client onboarding, user support, and ticket management
Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience in SaaS-based B2B support roles
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Experience with console troubleshooting is preferred
  • Experience with ZenDesk and JIRA is a plus
  • Experience with Smarty is a plus
