Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Support professional to provide technical assistance and user support for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a deep understanding of the application, API, and client tools
- Provide customer and technical support via email, phone, and other electronic mediums
- Assist with client onboarding, user support, and ticket management
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in SaaS-based B2B support roles
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience with console troubleshooting is preferred
- Experience with ZenDesk and JIRA is a plus
- Experience with Smarty is a plus
