Solutions Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the build-out of a browser-based, AI-powered training platform, the part-time Solutions Systems Engineer will drive scenario authoring, manage customer pilots, and ensure the integration of authoritative C-UAS terminology while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the authoritative C-UAS terminology document and resolve lexicon inconsistencies
• Drive demo readiness for priority scenarios and author customer-specific scenarios using the platform's tools
• Attend client pitches and live demos, capturing client-specific requirements and conducting post-demo AAR walkthroughs

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Background in systems-engineering or solutions-engineering with strong customer-facing skills
• Working knowledge of C-UAS, air defense, or protective-operations doctrine
• Ability to translate operational doctrine and legal authorities into structured written materials
• Familiarity with the legal and policy framework governing UAS response across various jurisdictions
