Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytically driven, the full-time S&OP Planner will support hours planning and workforce modeling across fulfillment and pharmacy operations in a remote environment, ensuring labor plans are accurate and actionable while driving performance tracking and continuous improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Support development and communication of network demand forecasts to operational stakeholders
- Monitor capacity across operations, identifying potential constraints and execution risks
- Calculate and publish weekly hours targets by department and site, while tracking Planned vs. Actual hours performance
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in workforce, capacity, production, supply, or demand planning
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis skills
- Familiarity with ERP, planning systems, or reporting tools is a plus
- Basic SQL or BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
