Job Summary

A company is looking for a Source Creation Specialist to create and maintain source documents while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality control reviews of completed source documents in adherence to established SOPs
  • Create and maintain source documents based on awarded protocols and participate in study-related meetings
  • Manage source document reviews, address findings, and track improvements for future reference
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the clinical research industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
