Job Summary
A company is looking for a Source Creation Specialist to create and maintain source documents while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality control reviews of completed source documents in adherence to established SOPs
- Create and maintain source documents based on awarded protocols and participate in study-related meetings
- Manage source document reviews, address findings, and track improvements for future reference
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the clinical research industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
