A company is looking for a Source Creation Specialist to create and maintain source documents while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control reviews of completed source documents according to established SOPs
• Create and maintain source documents in compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Participate in study-related meetings and manage source document reviews from End Users

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the clinical research industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
