Source to Pay Process Lead

Job Summary

Leading the advancement of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, the full-time remote Source to Pay Process Lead will manage continuous improvement initiatives, refine the S2P process roadmap, and partner with various departments to enhance procurement transformation and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including Sourcing and Supplier Management
• Refine and maintain the S2P process roadmap to increase automation, standardization, and efficiency
• Establish and improve the S2P governance framework, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and procurement transformation priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in procurement operations, S2P transformation, and Coupa platform strategy
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end S2P lifecycle from sourcing through payment
• Proven ability to lead process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across complex organizations
• Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
