Sourcer for Customer Experience

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX and GTM Sourcer to identify and engage candidates for their Customer Experience and Go to Market team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop innovative sourcing strategies for attracting top talent
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and recruit diverse candidates through various platforms
• Manage candidate pipeline activities and coordinate interview logistics to enhance the candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sourcing
• Strong knowledge of the employment landscape in technology
• Proficient with Google Apps, particularly Gmail and Google Calendar
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
• Ability to strategize and plan out hiring initiatives effectively
